(1) To manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence this includes mails by post, courier, email etc. (2) To handle incoming and outgoing calls (3) To manage all filing systems manually / computerized relevant to MD&CEO (4) To provide administrative and secretarial support (5) To provide secretarial work which includes taking dictation, drafting letters and emails, sending mails by email, courier, post etc. (6) Maintaining schedule -daily/weekly/monthly/annually and arrange documents for the meetings (7) Tracking periodical reports and magazines (8) Arranging travel related services – tickets, hotels, visa, forex etc.
