Candidate Profile
• Candidate should be able to develop, write and present fundraising and partnership strategy
• The candidate must be able to build new, and strengthen the existing relationships with key partners, donors by building fund-raising capacity with programme teams
• Represent organisation with partner agencies, government bodies, donors and the local community
• To forecast levels of partnership / donor contributions based on systematic gathering and updating of relevant information
• To gather and analyze information about Individual and private sector donor policies, trends and preferences; keep abreast of private sector corporate social responsibility (CSR) movements
• To implement a sustainable partnership / fundraising plan for different avenues of resource mobilization viz. individual donors, sponsors, corporates, government, institutional funding agencies, events, selling products etc.
• Analyze and provide advice to programme staff on the funding policies
• Responsible for relationship management within the organization and outside of it with different stakeholders, partners and donors
• Responsible for raising funds from HNIs, Donor agencies, bilateral and multilateral organizations, events and through selling products
• Liaise with Corporate, Institution, NGOs, NPOs, governmental agencies, stakeholders, economic forums, business forums and high level authorities/dignitaries
• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills.

Job Function: Fund Raising, Resource Mobilisation and Partnership Development

Location: Delhi Background Marketing & Partnership Lead will be responsible for generating funds and partnerships from all available sources for various projects and campaign. This includes individual, institutional, corporate and events & by engaging cooperation with the private sector to develop innovative and new partnerships going beyond the traditional CSR (corporate social responsibility) approach. To provide assistance to the head or the board of the organization in identifying donor resources, raising funds and writing proposals for long-term organizational sustainability. This position requires a passion and drive to work in an evolving social sector organization. Location

• 5-8 years total experience with at least 3 years experience in fundraising and managing partnerships with reputed NGOs
