Job Description
Knowledge of business process analysis and design, reengineering, process rationalization, cost control, capacity planning, performance measurement and quality.
Analysing information system needs, evaluating end-user requirements and custom designing solutions, and troubleshooting any problems in the process.
Domain expertise in the areas of Production, Production Planning, Shop Floor operations and QA/QC processes.
Strong understanding if SAP QM module.
Understanding business process, study and analyse workflow to design solutions .
Preparing Requirement Document for customer approval.
Creating the business environment and prepare functional specifications.
Conducting gap analysis, assess scope of studies & suggest solutions through ERP.
Guiding the Software Development Team for implementation and customisations.
Guiding the set up and customization of Release Procedures and troubleshooting any problems arising in the process.
Integration with MM / SD / FICO/ QM modules, integration testing & extending Post Go-live support.
In depth knowledge of real time business procedures such as Batch Management, Serial Number, Direct Production, Direct Procurement, etc.
