Workload will involve a mixture of Telephone Work, Emails, Computer Work Using Excel, Word, Power Point & Corel Draw, Meetings with Clients, Our Suppliers & Tailors, Assisting during certain Events, etc. ?? Telephone Work: Includes answering and returning enquiries regarding Classes & Performances, Follow Ups, Contacting Suppliers for Orders & Follow Ups, Storing New Contact numbers, etc. ??Computer Work: Replying to Email enquiries for Classes & Events Requirements, Storing New Contact Numbers in an SMS Software, Updating In Excel Student’s Database, Diva Wear Inventory, etc. Designing & Creating Promotional Posters, Business Cards & Promotional Brochures on Corel Draw, Creating Slide shows on Power Points, Creating & Forwarding Upcoming Schedule Details, Creating New Class Lists & Class Attendance Sheet for Upcoming Sessions, Uploading Diva Bellydance Academy Pictures on Facebook Group, Updating Group Members regarding Upcoming Events & Class Sessions, ??Inventorizing & Sorting our Diva Wear, Placing New Orders, Bank Deposits into our Suppliers accounts. ??Meeting With Our Suppliers (ex: collecting fabric, bringing costumes design & collecting costumes & Diva Wear from Tailor, dropping off & collecting Diva Wear for Logoing, collecting brochures, business cards & posters from our printer, etc. ??Meeting with Clients for Workshops, Classes & Events ??Assisting in certain Events with Costumes Changes, Filming, Photographying, Coordinating back stage, with events coordinator, anchor & DJ, etc.
