a) Steering diverse initiatives towards accomplishment of organizational goals with chief responsibilities pertaining to the overall execution of the projects, design & layout, store development and devising appropriate strategy for roll out of retail points across pan India.
b) Planning, scoping, tracking & implementing project plans within preset budgets and deadlines.
c) Ensuring that equipment/materials received are in accordance with the quantity & quality.
d) Developing alternate suppliers & contractors for improved quality & reduction of cost and project time lines.
e) Validating all the bills submitted by vendors and authorizing the payments after satisfactory delivery.
f) Accountable for delivering the required number of stores as per the detailed expansion plan.
g) Site Verification from Project (Structural, Store Area, Design), Cost & Rental verification, Site & area evaluation keeping market, competitor and brand.
h) Educating New Dealer / Franchisee on Digiworld concept and Visual Communication. (Look & Feel, Diplay of Products, Basic Maintenance).
i) Communicating DIGIworld Project Guidelines to Dealer / Franchisee (Civil Work, Basic Paint & POP, False Ceiling, Lighting, Electrical Work, Flooring, Power Back etc.)
j) Project Execution at Site through agency (Fixture, Branding, Façade) as per DIGIworld Project Guidelines.
k) Complete Coordination with BOM, Logistics, Finance and Contracting Agency Vendor for Store Operational Activity.
l) Site takeover from Contracting Agency and further hand over to BOM’s through HOTO Docet.
m) Vendor Development & Management - Negotiations on Timelines, Execution, Cost, Quality.
n) Verification of Bills & Payment Processing though Finance.
o) Up Keep of Equipment as per warranty / Stores as per company guidelines.
p) Major Repairs / Renovation to be carried out as per company policy
