Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Expertise with SolidWorks, ProE, Inventor or equivalent • Experience in thermal modeling and stress analysis • Thorough knowledge of Sheet metal forming, bending, punching, plastic moulds, Die-casting • Comfortable negotiating tolerance specifications with Vendors • Expertise in preparing a system tolerance analysis • Expertise with engineering software analysis tools • Documents mechanical designs, including detail drawings, subassemblies, top level assemblies and Bills of Material. • Assists in producing detailed mechanical designs of antennas, drawings for antenna parts and assemblies and BOMs for top level assemblies. • Performs sustaining engineering in support of current designs in production.
