Leave & Attendance
• SPOC and wholly responsible for complete Leave and Attendance Management.
• Monitor the attendance tracking process.
• Support Administration Team to ensure fair attendance tracking practices.
• Support in the development of the Online Leave Management system and practice.
• Co-ordinate with Payroll vendor and Internal IT Team for Monthly and Quarterly
Leave Reconciliation.
Personnel
• Record and maintain employee personal files.
• Create and maintain MIS for all HR functions and all employees.
• Create and record all HR and employee related documentations.
Employee Relations
• Act as 1st level HR contact point for employee grievances.
• Execute HR communication.
• Support in design and implementation of Employee engagement activities.
• Promote organizational health and harmony by supporting build-up of a transparent, open and efficient work culture.
Compensation & Benefits
• Responsible for Statutory Compliance.
• Create Salary structures in accordance with company policies.
• Review and suggest changes in C&B practices in the interest of the employees and
the organization.
• Work closely with the Payroll vendor for processing monthly payroll.
• Support in carrying out new C& B initiatives, strategies.
• Act as HR contact point for payroll related employee grievances.
• Process owner for corporate salary account and banking for employees.
Hiring and Orientation
• Conducting pre – and post joining formalities of the new recruits like Background
verification, Induction, Allocation of resources, coordination with line managers.
Performance Management
• Support in design, implementation and execution of the Performance Appraisal
process.
• Create, maintaining and upkeep confidential MIS, reports and data related to employee performance.
Policies and Practices
• Support actively in and administering policies & systems.
• Support in building the policies and practices as “a way of living “into the Organization.
Training
• Active involvement to support all the training activities of the Organization.
• Facilitating all the training activities, Taking feedbacks, maintaining records and MIS.
New Initiatives
• Support actively the HR Head / Functional Heads in design and administration of new
initiatives to consistently improve organizational efficiency and productivity as well as improve employee satisfaction.

Qualification: Post Graduation in Business Management / HR, Specialization in HR.
Experience: 2 – 4 years in a generalist HR role
Preferences: Candidates from Gaming, Animation, IT, ITES industry, based out of Gurgaon/ Delhi will be preferred.
