Job Description
Shall be responsible for entire gambit of Health, Safety & Environmental matters for a Sp. Chemical/Chemical manufacturing Company.
Focus of the job will be on
• Conducting EHS inspections / audits for the site.
• Design and implementation of environmental Management systems
• Conducting Environmental and water audits
• Conducts EHS training.
• Conduct risk assessments & Monitor the exposure to hazardous substances.
• Liaison with the community and local government authorities.
• Ensuring compliance to the statutory requirements such as the factories act, pollution controls Act etc.
• Monitor and document emissions of plant activities, especially related to soil, water and air pollution.
• Responsible for security and the access control system
• Conduct EHS inspections / audits.
• Fire protection system
• Onsite emergency plan
