Qualifications:Qualifed Chartered Accountant (CA).Must have a CA membership number Experience required: • Qualified chartered accountant with total 3-4 years of work experience, out of which at least 2-3 years of experience in LEAD ADVISORY.• Must have good experience in closing deals. • The skills sets required would be domain knowledge of industry players and making/ analyzing economic models/ business plans for industrial plants, valuations and financial advisory. Skills/ Knowledge required: • Strong academic background. • Reasonably good technical ability, and logical reasoning. • Good financial modelling skills. • Ability to work under pressure • Should have clear thought process • Good written and oral communication skills. • Good knowledge of MS PPT and Excel • Should be a self starter and Methodical

Responsibility : The jobholder will be responsible for diligently supporting various M&A activities and consistently meeting deadline on client work and varied internal assignments. Will be working very closely with Director/Manager responsible for timely execution of assignments in Lead Advisory and develop existing client relationships. • This involves working on various stages of M&A and private equity transactions across diverse sectors. This position will be a core team member of the relevant lead advisory team. Some of the main priorities of this role are: • Extensive industry research and analysis to gain an overall understanding of the industry in terms of the dynamics, regulatory environment, key trends, growth drivers and opportunities • Preparation of pitch books, presentations and information memorandum • Preparation of buyer/ target lists (based on identified parameters) and analysis of the identified companies to shortlist top probables • Working on detailed financial models involving: o Preparation of business plan including drawing the base assumptions based on industry analysis and client interaction; o Valuation modeling using various valuation methodologies such as Discounted cash flows and comparable company multiples (EV/ EBITDA, P/E etc); o IRR and sensitivity analysis o Exit modeling • Support in transaction structuring in line with applicable regulations and commercial negotiations
