Job Description• Understand client requirements & contract for transition implementation, both global and local clients
• Develop the transition plan and deliverables on the plan with workstream owners
• Partners with the internal workstream owners & client team for the successful implementation of project team deliverables on time, within budget, and according to agreed plan
• Project Monitoring to ensure adherence to plans, continuous review, monitoring and reporting the actual progress towards the transition plan
• Develop contingency and identify risks during the transition process and develop a mitigation plan to ensure mimimal impact to transition timelines and deliverables

• Deploys and refines the standardized change management toolkit / transition methodology to be used consistently for all transitions
• Drive ORG & Client transition review meeting to track project progress
• To establish & manage client relationship & engagement right from the transition inception
• Communication with key stakeholders on an ongoing basis to ensure a seamless transition
• To ensure efficient and optimized cost consideration ways of implementing projects
• Applies Project Management knowledge and use of MS-Project skills to effectively transition projects
• Displays a thorough understanding of transition methodology and effective use of toolkits
• Excellent planning and organisation skills
• Able to identify and prioritise issues quickly and effectively
• Excellent presentation and MS office power point skills
• Strong project / change management skills.
• Capability of resource planning.
• Expertise in handling large multi-process projects.
• Experience in dealing with international customers
• Customer-centric & result oriented
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong Managerial skills
• High degree of problem solving skills to resolve problems in a multi project/service environment.

Note -
• 6-7 years of working experience with a minimum of 3-4 years experience of project management experience or with experience of migrating multiple BPO projects across varied domains
• Experience of FM transitions will be an added advantage
• Post Graduate/ MBA from a recognised university.• High energy levels and a willingness to travel across locations in India and internationally at a high frequency
