The individual will be Responsible for drafting and negotiations of commercial, operational, technology & IP transactions, contracts. General legal advisory. 1. Strong background on transactional drafting.
Reviews the legal aspects ensuring compliance and business results
2. Draft, negotiate and close a wide variety of complex commercial transactions.
Representative matters include Service Level Agreements of long term nature, software license agreements, dealer agreements, development and distribution agreements, joint marketing agreements, technology vendor agreements and facilities and real estate agreements. 3. Advise on the risk mitigation of legal issues. 4. Experience in handling litigation up to High Court Level
