Job Description -: - Prepare and forward Agenda for Site Meetings a day prior to date of the Meeting (small size projects where APM Documentation is not deployed). - Attending Site review Meetings. - Circulating Minutes to all concerns with in next 48 hours (small size projects where APM Documentation is not deployed). - Preserve all necessary decisions from stake holders at Site for implementation purpose. - Issuance of all drawings to all relevant concerns for execution. - Identify Change with reasons. - Regular joint verification of measurements with Vendors. - Proper Supervision at Site to ensure work executed as per drawings. - Ensure material used are as per approved makes. - Check and forward Invoices and delivery challans for certification and provide Measurement Sheets for verification. - Ensure all agencies comply with Environment, Health and Safety Rules. - Ensure all agencies submit all required insurances for their man, material and erection including third party liability. - Preserve & exhibit approved samples at site. - Prepare Snag Lists for all the work packages in consultation with Design Consultants. - Receive Final Bill from Vendors along with measurement sheets, rate analyses for all extra items & supporting documents and check quantities. - Coordination with Vendors for submission of Technical and Financial Handing over Documents. 3) QS/Quantity Surveyor - 3 Openings Exp.-: 2-8 Yrs, Should have excellent exposure of Quantity/QS & Billing. AUTOCAD Exp. is Preferable . Salary - Upto 7 Lacs, Still Negotiable Education - B.E./B.Tech. Civil (Degree Holder Mandatory) Others - Should have atleast Decent Comm. skills with Good Interpersonal skills.
