Responsibilities - *Induct the right profile. Talent utilization, enhancing capabilities and developing potential of employees to meet current and future business requirement - • Recruit the right profile for the right job
• Performance review and enhance people capabilities continuously for meeting
business challenges in the changing environment through identification of Business
needs
• Identify capabilities and bridge competency gaps
• Preparation & Implementation of LET plan
• Review of training effectiveness *Total Employee Involvement / People engagement - • Lead people participation initiatives for achieving continual improvements
• Implementation of various initiatives viz: 5s,Kaizen, QCC, AM, WPP, PSP,sports and games
• Formation of committees and teams
• Continuous reviewing, design and implement Rewards and Recognition system
• Review People participation *People utilization for achieving productivity - • Identify employee need and facilitate for achieving benchmark productivity
• Implementation of structured job rotation policy to break monotony in work and
make employee skillful in multiple activities *Employee motivation -
• Conducting Employee Satisfaction Survey
• Developing competitive salary structure through survey
• Review and develop People Policies for changing needs
• Counseling
• Conducting monthly and annual events *Talent retention -
• Identify people talents
• Develop and implement career development plan
• Recognise employee talent through ARC *Meeting TQM targets -
• Committee formation to drive TQM initiatives for achieving business excellence
• Effective people Communication system
• Effective capturing and resolving of people grievance through Employee Red Book System. Developing corrective and preventive actions
• Organizing Internal conventions and participation in external conventions and competitions *Getting support from Government authorities and external agencies - • Building excellent rapport by liasioning continuously with Government authorities
• Meeting Panjayat president local leaders
• Interacting with insurance agencies, hospitals and contractors *No show cause and legal litigation - • Complying with all statutory requirements by preparing legal calendar
• Proactive in dealing with labour related issues
• Continuous rapport with Government and external agencies *Cost control - • Budgeting of employee cost, training cost and overheads and managing cash out flow within budget
