Job Description
Role: Independently initiate, lead, manage and handle key projects. Provide Application Support and R & D. Key Result Area Independently handle Product portfolio development. Formulate design and develop plan. Cost effectiveness: Reduction in cost of resources / raw materials. Rebuild ‘Complain Handling’. Streamlining process. Application development Responsible for all key points of whole new product Induct process, such as research, manufacture, quality, equipment, model, cost control, etc. Make R&D improvement for the new products to meet the requirement of local customer and consumer. Resolving Customer Queries independently. Conducts independent research and investigations to design and develop a product or process. Provide technical support to sales team on the products. Document product design and performance specifications. Develop project plans and schedules for timely completion of projects. Feasibility study of diversifying product range and explore new business opportunities. Develops test procedures and policies for evaluating raw materials, work in process and finished products
