As the legal representative of the country/region for the Group Production, Sales & Services,
He will be the key person in India, His main responsibility will be
to contribute to improve performance, results and brand awareness for the Group in the
country/region.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
· To represent the Group in the country/region: , develop and drive the
Indian operation of the Group
· Evaluate and seize the growth potential in India by a deep understanding and knowledge of
the current and future opportunities
· To build and lead a strong local Management Team (including the development of
management capabilities). Provide leadership to inspire the organization to meet customer
needs and maintain commitment and integrity to company values
· To vigorously support sales and the development of long-term relationships/partnership with key customers
· To take full accountability of the overall performance of the LE and strive to achieve the goal defined with the board
· To lead the budget process and manage local costs efficiently
· To secure management of Human Resources in line with the Group in the country/region and
a fair treatment to all employees: Be the primary point of contact for all employees,
local/country unions and customers.
· To develop Sales, Services and SPL management capabilities (non-product related skills), as
well as to define and implement training programs to achieve excellence in all sales and
services processes
· To build a strong brand and a good reputation
· By acting as the legal representative of the local entities and ensuring compliance with all local
legislations and regulations
