Job Description of the Wealth Head1. Financial Objectives
Responsible for delivering revenue and business plan for insurance, investment and Fx.
Estimating, Forecasting and tracking of sales & revenue numbers
2.Sales Management
Manage a team who will close out insurance & investments on suvidha customers
Prospecting leads before the same is assigned to the team - this may involve interacting with the customer over phone or meeting the customer face to face to facilitate sales closure
Manage the distribution of leads to the team to ensure optimum manpower utilization & plan sales capacity
3. Team Management
To coach, mentor and motivate the team to enhance productivity
Ensure that the team is adequately trained and conduct training and refresher sessions4. . Activity Plan
Organize at least 2 worksite events in a month
Organize at least 1 non worksite customer event each month
6. Work closely with the Insurance/Investment Product Team, Insurance backend and Decision Management Team
Interact with the product team for preparing sales scripts, selling kits, marketing collateral to aid in sales
To come up with segments or customer groups in the Suvidha base who would have the highest propensity to buy insurance
7. Work closely with the Team
Liaise with local Office to ensure adequate post sales support and issuance of policies
Work closely with the ASM for the Region to develop and execute strategies to meet the target
Ensuring no hiring gap exists in with the help of the hiring and training executive
Training and mentoring the team staff alongside the Insurance Sales Counselor
. 8. Compliance and control
Be aware of all internal and regulatory requirements of insurance/investment sales in India
Ensure that ONLY approved sales solicitation and documentation process is being followed
Vet all the insurance/investment application forms to ensure adherence to KYC and AML guidelines
Resolve all customer complaints and queries
To file Insurance/Investment Surveillance Reports monthly
