 Job Description
Role Synopsis: This role will be pivotal in driving brand health via the sponsorship in the medium term and facilitating business delivery in the short term.   The incumbent will work with local marketing, sales, operations and global teams to put together programs leveraging the assets and key events for brand and business goals.   The role reports into the Sponsorship Program Manager and has primary accountability of the following:   Activation-focussed: 1. Be the voice of the consumer and customer, initiate research and develop deep insights that facilitate: a. The development of an activation platform for the brand leveraging the sponsorship b. To create integrated marketing campaigns for master and strategic product brands 2. Work across functions and regions to ensure flawless execution 3. Superior project planning and management to deliver: a. ATL & BTL activation b. 360 degree promotion involving all stakeholders   Operational 4. Delivery of the overall sponsorship operational activities pertaining to the events. 5. Design and implementation of the company’s guest management and hospitality program. 6. Management of tournament ticket demand and supply. 7. Implement in-stadia brand presence in line with campaign objectives when a tournament is in progress   The generic and specific accountabilities of the role are described below: Generic 1. Work with the Market Spaces in India to integrate sponsorship activations programs across the calendar for key brands   Sport Specific 2. Create programs, while working synergistically with brand and category managers 3. Work with ATL and BTL creative agencies to create campaigns in synergy with brand and category managers 4. Work with the Digital Assets Manager to seamlessly integrate promotions into existing digital platforms 5. Monitor campaign specific execution of key ATL and BTL programs 6. Work with the media manager to develop media strategy around events and campaigns for leveraging the sponsorship 7. Proactively liaise with supply chain, category heads and sales operations, trade marketing and customer activation to develop business leverage plans 8. Work synergistically with the Sponsorship Assets Manager to ensure fruitful utilization of assets, guideline adherence and meeting of the client’s campaign objectives 9. Build salience and clarity for the power brands
