Direct the firm\'s below the line programs including dealer meets, collaterals, exhibitions, fairs, catalogues, brochures, display stands, dealer shop branding etc. •Write and produce seminar flyers, event invitations and charitable support ads. •Maintain listings, revisions and inventory of all firm collateral materials including practice area profiles, firm profiles, and firm brochure. •Arrange for photography of firm events. •Work on development of comprehensive BTL plan for firm and practice areas. •Serve as primary contact and manager for firm\'s 1st point contact for vendors •Develop extensive vendor base fo all BTL related material •Co-ordiante with vendors and field team to get BTL material installed well in time •Coordinate the firm\'s printing and vendor relationships as they relate to marketing/communications. •Work with the Regional Sales Teams to create and produce marketing materials to support practice areas and people in branch offices. •Work on market research and surveys of Company extensively •Work on all local and international events of Company •Activate BTL plans with active participation and co-ordination with suppliers and field team •Coordinate communications projects with vendors and contractors for the development and production of educational event promotional materials, and other collateral. •Work collaboratively with a diverse staff team to create and manage cross-organizational, integrated marketing strategies. •Serve as internal liaison to the meetings department and other staff resources •Work with product management to integrate the product roadmap into a communications calendar and translate the new product value in terms of the overall company’s position within the market •Provide writing and editing support for all outbound member communication including all promotional materials, website content, a monthly newsletter and the Association’s annual report. •Assist in developing new revenue sources through supplier membership, exhibits and sponsorships. •Review and edit existing promotional materials for marketing effectiveness, cross-selling implications and adherence to brand guidelines. •Create a style guide and manage company’s brand image and consistency •Translate complex technical solutions in to easy to comprehend marketing messages •Create and manage direct/indirect marketing campaigns to enable to drive acquisition and embedded base sales
