? Establishes international strategies marketing goals to meet corporate objectives and increase market share and profitability of products and services worldwide. ? Responsible for increasing market share, market coverage, brand availability, brand awareness and customer preference. ? Oversee new product management, complete product life cycle & product rollouts. ? Sales and Marketing of PTFE and allied Fluoropolymers in Europe. ? Demonstrate an understanding of the product lines including its application by customers, the breadth of brands and the range of product line requirements demanded by the industrial marketplace. ? Develops direct marketing programs for direct sales, lead generation, trade shows, web campaigns, following marketing plan and budget constraints. ? Reviews and approves advertising and promotion activities within international regions. ? Reviews and evaluates market research to use in forecasting future direct marketing needs. ? Develop and recommends regional product positioning, packaging and pricing strategies to produce the highest possible long – term international market share. ? Develops and manages international marketing operating budget and may authorized expenditures that exceed budget levels. ? Communicates details of direct marketing programs to sales, customer, services, operations and other departments involved with taking and fulfilling orders.
