Brief about the Position Desired candidate should have following skills and attributes : 1) The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of HR activities ( Recruitment/ Performance appraisals/ Training & Development/ Policies / and should be able to work independently with little or no supervision.

5) Excellent calendar management skills, follow up mechanism is extremely important

Job Profile
Candidate would assist the Head – HR in all HR related operations including compliances ( PF / ESI etc ). 1. Candidate must know the complete cycle of recruitments. Screening profiles, managing web portals, dealing with placement agencies, conducting interviews, making salary break ups, issuing appointment letters, induction process.
2. Managing Leave and Attendance system
3. Candidate should have worked with blue collared workers, and should have managed recruitments through contracts
4. Should have full knowledge of all statutory compliances. In case you don't have thorough knowledge of statuotory complainces, pls donot apply for this vacancy.
5. Managing HR budgets , reports, all MIS
6. Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
7. Handling entire EXIT process of employees.
8. Candidate having knowledge of mediclaim insurances etc would be preferred.
9. should have experience in draftting the Companies policies

\r\n \r\n IL&FS Education and Technology Services Limited (IETS) ( www.ilfsets.com) in partnership with National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) has incorporated a joint venture company called IL&FS Skills Development Corporation Limited [ISDC] as part of its large scale program for Skill development in India. The joint venture company will set up 100 Multi Skill Schools across India. The Skills Schools will be set up in three kinds of locations: Industrial Clusters (Skilled Labour Demand Areas), Areas adjacent to Clusters (Skilled Labour Demand Areas) and Areas with no Cluster linkages (Labour Supply Areas). \r\nThe IL&FS ETS Multi Skill School would offer three kinds of skills training. They are, specialized industry trades that would be specific to the industry cluster where the Multi Skill School would be based, general engineering trades and service trades. The viability of the Multi Skill School depends on the mix of courses it offers for operators (low value high volume), supervisors (higher values, lower volumes) and managers (highest value, lowest volume). The Multi Skill School would train around 2800 candidates every year of which around approximately 2000 would be at operators’ level.\r\nPls note that the job requirement is for an insurance Company only, and is not in ISDC.\r\n
