Job Description
With focus on meeting the set KPIs and ensuring a high customer satisfaction. Ensure timely, complete and 100% quality inputs to customer tenders. Analytical support of tenders. Ensure compliance with company policies, strategies, guidelines and authority levels Review contract terms and/or approve/present suggestions to authority holder/Key client Managers. Provide clear instructions to support various teams for transactional tender inputs Optimise the pricing done for key clients in order to optimise the yields/profits of same Perform audits of team members’ work Monitor performance of the process and ensure that timely actions are taken in the case of low performance Monitor performance of direct reports ensure accountability and focus on personal development.
