Exp:-2-3 Years as store Manager
CTC:-20k to 30k Per Month.
Duties and Responsibilities: -Coordinating directly all the activities of the assigned Stores which includes Operations, Inventory management, S.C.M, Reports , Food and Beverage Analysis , Up-Selling ,Daily Banking, Staffing, -Training ,Budgeting ,Assets and Equipments Maintenance.
-Responsible for achieving sales target for the assigned outlets.
-Responsible for making the team achieve Targets and Sales set by management, Daily Inventory, Generating Reports, Daily Banking and assisting the teams in all operational tasks for smooth functioning of the business.
-Training the team to suitably revert to client queries. Initiating new processes to improve customer satisfaction.
-In case of any adulteration found in food & beverages found at any point of time from any government / non government authority the City Manager would be held responsible for the same.
-responsible for the stocks/ inventory in assigned stores
-Coordinating Store Manager / In-Charge for the food cost. The food cost would be discussed with the Store Manager / In-Charge at the begging of every month. The food cost and waste has to be maintained by store manager / In-charge.
-Ensure that proper channels of communication exist between the stores and headquarters.
-Oversee compliance of Store Managers with established Company policies and standards, such as safekeeping of Company funds and property, personnel practices, security, sales and record-keeping procedures, and overall maintenance of the stores by performing required audits.
-Help solve problems that affect the stores service, efficiency, and productivity.
-Inspect premises of stores to ensure that adequate security exists and that physical facilities comply with safety and environmental codes and ordinances.
-Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.
-Responsible to minimize Overheads, Costs and Expenses of the stores.
-Keeping a check on pilferage, indiscipline and punctuality of the employees.
-Directly responsible for any Illegal activities or wrong practices at outlets or Damage to assets or lost of asset of outlets.
-Escalating all Corporate Order to the HO with full details of the Stores.
