• Handling a team of 6 for recruitments across Planman Group & team of 3 people handling Commercials of Planman HR
• Developing and assisting the Vertical Heads in Manpower Planning.
• Responsible for managing recruitment vendors only for IIPM Trilliant.
• Responsible for conducting First round of Interviews with candidates.
• Negotiating and closing on the selected candidates.
• Handled Campus Recruitment Process to fulfill the organization’s requirements for freshers.
• Preparing and sending the hiring cost details to the management.
• Conducting Exit Interviews and preparing a monthly Exit report of the responses with actionable.
Induction & Orientation
• Implement the joining process for all new employees that include HR induction and functional orientation programs and basic information about company history, products, policies and procedures.
• Ensure the completion of all pre-joining formalities, joining day formalities and post-joining formalities.
• Update Finance and Administration on all new joining employee details for processing of bank account opening, pay-roll administration, and statutory compliances etc.OD Interventions
• Developing new policies and processes in the Human Resources Department.
• Training the employees on new systems rolled out by the organisation.
• Carrying out employee’s confirmation process/increment/ promotion related activities.
• Play an advisory role towards the top management about internal development that is likely to effect the reputation of the organization.
• Conducting Performance Reviews on a quarterly basis and preparing a review report with the management.
Employee Engagement & Communication
• Planning and organizing each engagement event in the organization.
• Ideating and coming up with innovative new ways to engage the employees
• Responsible for designing and rolling the Quarterly Newsletter for Planman HR.
• Monitoring the Communication made by the Human Resources Department.
• Responsible for smooth conduct of the Quarterly Employee Engagement Survey.
• Analyzing the results of the survey and rolling out actionable.Payroll & Compensation Management:
• Processing payroll for Planman HR, Planman Technologies & IIPM Trilliant division
• Extensive exposure to salary and pay-rolling.
• Collating attendence input of all employees every month from location HR’s
• Sending the payroll input to back end team after through check up and verification
• Updating payroll masters regularly
• Generating employee code on a Monthly basis
• Structuring pay scales/ proper fitments for all divisions.
• Administers all compensation plans including bonuses or incentives.Employee grievances & Attrition Management:• Attending employee’s queries related to Salary, benefits and other HR or Management issues.
• Grievance resolution
• Reporting grievance and solution to top management
• Responsible for conducting skip session, exit interviews and retention of employees.
• Absconded Procedure is initiated for those who have absconded from their services.
• Providing Full and Final Settlement inputs of attrite to system team and taking the same into closure.
