Description: The role is to set the branch & handle the entire North Region. Responsible for overall performance of entire North Region in terms of Volume Targets, Sales Performance, Documentation Quality, Custome Statisfaction & Business Development, Profitability, Turnover & Cost efficiencies. Achieve sales and profitability goals as established by the Management. Provide regular activity and sales reports to the head of Sales and Business Development. Secure new sales, increases profit margins and drives higher levels of customer satisfaction through regular contact with existing accounts. Meet and exceed overall sales revenue and profitability for business as per goals set forth by management Lead the development and administration of sales team. Schedule and conduct regular sales and customer service meetings . Identifies, qualifies and develops opportunities for new business in assigned territory. Manage defined team of outside sales professionals. Managing this team includes being the lead for all administrative matters such as: hire, train, mentor, motivate performance evaluations, reports, termination, etc. Maintain good relationships with all internal company Sales and Operations teams and external partners and customers. Assist in developing, maintaining and following Sales and Marketing procedures. Provide BOD with Management Reports, Performance Metrics & Market Intelligence Involvement in contract negotiation & project management Introduce new marketing techniques based on changing international Market. Compile report of market activities based on the feedback of your sales manager & team
