• Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities. • Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products. • Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information. • Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products. • Manage the productivity of the marketing plans. • Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results to Management. • Advice finance department and manage and deliver the marketing activities within the budget. • Develop pricing strategy and implement it. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE • Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification. • 3 to 5 Years experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing and sales strategies and managing them. • Technical marketing skills. • Proven experience in customer and market research. • Relevant product and industry knowledge and requirements of resort hotels, caterers, general household, whole sale and retail business and general food and beverage business. • Experience with computer and general software applications is mandatory.
