Works closely with the Head of Retail and respective inter departments to implementing all aspects of the Retail Strategy, in line with agreed targets. Manages and ensures the Retail partners represent the Brand in line with global standards and commercially meet set objectives. Main Responsibilities:
? Implement annual retail strategy as part of the Country Operating Plan, and deliver against agreed targets
? As appropriate, recruit new retail partners and additional doors both within and outside existing chains and independents
? Maximise sales per store by increasing the share of inventory, floor and window display, and promotional frequency
? Liaise and supervise (with Visual Merchandising ) an annual store plan for brand zones/corners
? Direct, agree and supervise (with Visual Merchandiser and Retail Management Executive) an annual store plan for each designated Jeweller
? Have a deep understanding of the business drivers for each partner, and determine best method to drive the sales (increase share of FM in each store, eligible goods, etc.)
? Maintain close, honest and open relationships with all key partners and assist them in driving the sales
? Responsible in giving regular feedback to Retail Director Marketing the trends of customer preferences/ collection/analysis of market information, estimation of potential sales
? Manage costs in line with revenue delivery
? Any other Retail department related tasks not mentioned above
? Develop and execute trade marketing plan to meet trade partner needs to drive the brand in store share and sales;
? Launch BIG IDEAs in participating retailers;
? Manage the retail staff Incentive programme
? Optimise stocking and assortment and ensure overall profitability for all stakeholders
