• Employee compensation and rewards.
• Employee motivation and monitoring the impact of Motivation,
• Imparting the Training on behavioral aspects which can avert the Strikes. Successfully handled change management, cultural change situations.

• Expert at OD interventions and all aspects human behaviour and development, well aware of TPM TQM Methodologies,
• Good at Time motion studies and analysis Industrial Relations:-

• Purchase and maintain the office stationary,
• Look after vehicles, Insurance and All formalities related to vehicle including periodical maintenance.
• Insurance Related to transit in cash, Accident, Fire Gratuity Insurance
• Housekeeping and maintaining of office equipments.
• Estate & property management, includes guest house and guest Management
• Handling AMCs, and entire gamut of administration.
• To handle and comply all returns under various Factories act and labour Act, Comply Factories Inspectorate and labour commissioner office requirements.
• Well versed in cost reduction and budgeting the admn expenses. Handle and comply ESIC and PF
