JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Efficiency of Line: •Coordinate with Op Tech, Operators, Team Leaders for day to day production activities. •Coordinate with other functions for day to day plans and activities. •Maintain Line Efficiency Reports. Maintenance and set up of Packaging Equipments: •Ensure that the changeover is carried out correctly as per SOP. •Support and train operators to carry out changeover within bench marked time. Usage Variance of RM and PM: •Ensure that the variance in RM and PM are accurately captured, recorded and controlled through consumption reports. Support Engineering: •Support Engineering by highlighting issues on line and completing the maintenance at the earliest. •Ensure that the cleaning of line is done by the Op Tech and operators as per SOP. GMP, GHK and Safety : •Ensure GMP and GHK are maintained as per given standards. •Ensure all PPE’s are used by all while working online. •Ensure that no accidents take place in the workplace. •Completion and Submission of Weekly Hygiene Reports
