Strong troubleshooting knowledge on Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Event Logs, PerfMon, Backup Jobs, Load Balancing/Clustering issues 11. Good understanding of Incident, Problem and Change Management. 12. Good remote troubleshooting skills. 13. Flexibility to work in shifts for 24x7 support. 14.
