Sr. Officer/ Executive – Engineering Maintenance
2. Education and qualification:
Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering
Candidate having degree (BE/ BTech) in Engineering shall have additional advantage.
3. Experience:
Should have minimum 5- 7 years of hand on experience in maintenance of Formulation manufacturing/ development plant in reputed pharmaceutical company
4. Technical Skills:
a. Hands on experience in maintenance of process equipments (Oral solid dosage manufacturing equipments).
b. Experience in maintenance of Utility equipments like Purified water system, HVAC, Compressed air, Boiler, BMS etc will be added advantage.
c. Life cycle management of the process equipments and utility equipments
d. Should be aware of cGMP requirements and statutory inspection expectations to upkeep the plant.
e. Should have good exposure in documentation like qualification, validation, SOPs, etc.
f. Good understanding of quality systems COC, CAPA, Events, etc.
g. Interaction with QA team for compliance mitigations
h. Trouble shooting with an objective of finding permanent solution with the help of external vendor wherever required.
5. Soft Skills:
a. Ability to work and supervise/manage a team of technicians.
b. Hardworking and willing to learn
c. Good communication skills
d. Positive attitude
