Manages schedule and cost risk assessment sessions and develops risk simulation models to mitigate/monitor/manage project schedule & cost risks. Develops the Project Master Schedule for all the Projects of Company covering all stages of the project life-cycle etc. i.e. Conceptual, FEED, Detail Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning. Monitors the Cost & Schedule and reports on the performance for all Project Execution Division Managed Schemes. Supports Projects Teams in the finalization of the Project Strategy, Project execution, contract administration, evaluation of claims and closeout reports. Carries out management reporting and liaison with CPLD, FD, CMD, Internal & External Auditors.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSEducation: • B. Sc. in Engineering or equivalent. • Very good knowledge of English.Experience: • 10 years’ experience in planning and scheduling of capital projects of which 7 yeas within the Oil industry. • Age: up to 50 years old.BENEFITS• 42 days paid leave within a calendar year. • Entitlement for unfurnished family accommodation at a cost of Dhs. 200,000/, plus Furniture Purchase Allowance. • Educational Assistance: Max.
