DESIGNATION: Recruitment Co-ordinator /Sr. Recruitment Co-ordinator GENERAL SUMMARY: Global HR Shared Services is part of the Global HR organization and is accountable for delivering consistent, high quality, and efficient centralized transactional HR services, with the ability to scale as the business grows. Primary responsibility of the Recruitment Coordinator is to drive process execution, on all pre employment processing activities within the scope of Global HR Shared Services. She/he should strive to identify process improvement/redesign opportunities and to meet various operational objectives of supporting the HR Transformation initiative to lead HR into the cloud environment, enabling HR to deliver greater value to the business. HR Tiered Service delivery model operational under Global HR Shared Services puts the Recruitment Coordinator as the first Tier or at the frontline of the customer focused service center, where in he or she is responsible for all Recruitment Related service requests submitted globally via EMployeeCentral from countries like Canada, US, UK, Ireland and India. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Execute responsibilities as per the Pre Defined Recruitment support functions within the scope of Global HR Shared Services Manage Requisition creation and offer letter generation through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS/BrassRing) Initiation of Background checks for candidates with vendors as applicable. Co-ordination and follow-up with vendors to facilitate the timely completion of the same for the potential candidates Coordinating with the candidates or Background Escalation Lead to obtain clarifications/approvals solicited by the vendor/process Act as the Single Point of support for candidate queries by providing valuable information based support. Timely communication & follow-up with the recruiter on any issues/concerns raised by the candidates.
Directs candidates to appropriate resolution resources if the required support is outside the scope of Global HR shared services Facilitate the Onboarding of candidates on various EMC Sites and Customer locations Update relevant employee database(s) to ensure correct program and Job data is entered
Ensure compliance with administrative/delivery requirements of the company, and federal and state regulations of the country of origin of the request Ability to balance workload among team members in peak hours or during absence of a team member Identify & assimilate process improvement/redesign opportunities, and coordinate for the implementation of the same to meet the operational objectives of Global HR Shared Services Strives to achieve Total Customer Experience by complying with the agreed SLA’s and KPI metrics of the GHRSS Organization Performs other duties as required
