4. Assist in finalizing sales SOP in consultation with FH and CFD.
5. Execute Sales Plan to maximize exports of targeted quantity at Index based CFR price + Premium.
6. Develop new markets in Japan, Taiwan & South Korea and benchmark with Big 3, Vale, BHBP and Rio Tinto to maximize B2B sales with end Users.
7. Supervise, monitor & execute contract and ensure receipt of signed contract & workable LC from buyer.
8. Visit /co-ordinate with customers, attend their complaints & maintain customer satisfaction index.
9. Maintain record of all marketing documents & papers related to ISO 9002.
10. Migrate to E Transaction.
11. Forecast demand for steel production in the World & China and domestic ore production in China.
12. Track top 10 exporter’s performance from India, Brazil and Australia.
13. Prepare daily, fortnightly and monthly MIS reports as per requirement. KRA 1. Finalize SOP, provide sales support and facilitate in after sales process to maximize exports target quantity and revenues.
2. Prepare and maintain MIS & sales documentation.
3. Plan RFQs, contracts in line with material availability at ports and dispatches to maximize shipments.
4. Monitor overall contract execution.
5. Prepare customer profile and partner ability index to maximize sales to end users.
6. Capture and analysis essential information of World as well as China to take decisions. Key challenges 1. Selection of correct mix of customers across the target markets
