Job Description Leading a team (Including Outsourced Service Providers) and Responsible for onsite delivery of a project - Key deliverables with respect to delivery will be cost, quality, time and safety of construction delivery. Responsibility to Manage the Project Delivery Process – Leading the Design Co-ordination process resulting in the release of tender and GFC Drawings. Ensuring that the Build ability issues / areas are addressed and resolved during construction. Responsible for Coordinate with the consultants, and interaction in identifying the best product/process on site. In Consultation with Director – Development Projects, identify the Procurement Strategy to deliver the cost objectives of project – Manage the procurement and contract administration process ensuring there are no cost overruns. Responsible for all cost control parameters – variation statements, change orders if any and ensuring management of internal payment and approval processes. Responsibility to Manage the Construction Management Team – Identify and establish the construction management process, including quality administration, inspection and auditing process, ensuring delivery of the project t to the Quality Objectives. Responsibility to ensure that regular project reports are submitted to Director – these would be the daily, weekly and monthly progress reports. Leading the Transition team to ensure smooth handover of the completed project to end user / customer, responsible for all contract closure and ensure commencement of DLP as per contract terms and conditions.
