Position: Project Manager.
Basic Purpose: As a Project manager, you will develop, manage,deliver and monitor complex technical project plans. You will also be responsible for the day to day project control functions for a strategic and high profile project that will shape the future of the organization on how it administers the products utilizing the technology. The manager needs the ability to review project documentation, identify issues and work to resolve them throughout the project lifecycle so that it is delivered on time, within budget and at the established quality level. Responsibilities:
1. Project Plan Management - 35% a. Develop and update project plans as required.
b. Responsible for project quality of work, scope management, adherence to schedule and client satisfaction.
c. Ensure project assumptions and requirements are documented throughout the project duration.
d. Monitor progress against plan throughout the project/delivery cycle including time, budget and quality measure.
e. Identify and address risks/issues as they arise, escalate issues/risks as needed. 2. Standards Project Management - 35%
a. Organize team meetings to ensure project delivery is on track.
b. Coordinate with various teams including Development, BA, QA, Operations, and others to allow maximum efficiency of project support.
c. Prepare project status on regular basis.
d. Close all project documentation and archive appropriate records at the end of each project cycle. 3. Interact with Management and Customer - 20%
a. Interact with manager on various key issues.
b. Work with customer regularly to understand and define issues.
c. Manage the issues via tracking workflow. 4. Perform other job duties as assigned - 10%
