Job Description |
|
• Assist the Manager - Sales in the day to day operations and manage Metro One’s sales functions to achieve sales targets across all stations. • Developing alternate channel of distributions for CSC in assigned territory. • Managing a team of customer service officers – both ticketing & excess fare. • Interacting with customer service officers (ticketing, excess fare and commercial agency) at respective stations and briefing them on fares, schemes, promotions as per the requirement. • Manage and monitor relations between ticketing staff & customers (passengers). • Provide inputs for business strategy and implement the same through the sales team. • Ensure a positive image of the Organization as an efficient and attractive transport provider is projected to customers.
