• Establishes and maintains contact with existing and potential retail customers
• Establishes and expands relationships with decision makers within top retailers
• Develops and executes retail activation programs/activities at the retail levels
• Develops “pharmacist training” programs to increase awareness of our products and to gain market share
• Establishes and expands positive relationships with key stake holders at top retail outlets and stockists
• Calls on local distribution centers to specifically train CSR personnel and execute local promotion where ever possible
• Prospects for new retail customers within a given geographical territory
• Works closely with other ADC Sales Executives and Managers to develop existing and potential retail customers
• Seeks to assist other ADC Sales Executives and Managers in the implementation of retail oriented programs through out the given geography
• Monitors customer orders related to the retail sales channel
• Monitors and resolves issues with distribution/delivery of products
• Supports customers through ongoing sales service in merchandising, forecasting, sales analysis, inventory control and promotions
• Promotes new products and company programs
• Prepares and processes necessary administrative paperwork
• Monitors product knowledge and selling capabilities
• Adheres to all company sales policies and procedures
• Manages profit margins to company objectives
• Consistently generates increased retail sales for the given geographical territory
