Required to handle and schedule the day to day meetings of the MD.Preparation of supporting material, Agenda.Taking down the Minutes of the Meeting. Carrying out routine secretarial functions. Handling various administrative functions. Monitoring calls. Keeping track of the appointments. Preference to Female candidate. Good communication skills and well groomed. Fluent in English language. Excellent drafting skills.Customer centric orientaton.Confident and prompt thinking ability.
