 Job Description
Candidate Must have Six Sigma Certified & Exp in Telecom Domain a) Key Objective / Purpose of the Job: Incumbent will be part of a team responsible for creating and publishing HR dashboard and other metrics products and providing HR data analysis support to stakeholders. b) Major Activities: Data Analysis • Identify and focus on high-priority metrics and analysis • Manage data collection and metrics data inputs • Ensure data integrity • Perform advanced statistical analysis • Conduct predictive modeling and behavioral modeling • Establish data warehouse specifications Content Creation • Design and maintain the HR dashboard • Develop new metrics products • Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis • Clearly communicate information and present findings in a relevant, compelling and actionable manner • Integrate user feedback into continuous process improvement • Modify / tailor content based on business unit needs and user feedback Service Delivery and Consultation • Support business unit HR executives and other line leaders and executives with HR data analysis support • Provide informal metrics subject-matter expertise • Support internal clients understand HR metrics and integrate analytics into decision-making processes II) Person Specification: a) Essential Qualifications: - MBA from a reputed institute with specialization in HR. b) Requisite Skills: Ø Technical o Basic univariate statistics (mean, percentiles, etc.) o Root cause analysis (identifying causal paths) o Advanced univariate statistics (correlation, differences, etc.) – preferable; would be an advantage Ø Functional o Ability to conceptualize and design the inputs and outputs of new metrics o Ability to analyze HR data and correlate it with internal and external data sources o Ability to embrace multiple perspectives o Writing/communication (make statistical results understandable) Ø Behavioral o Ability to work under stiff deadlines o Ability to build relationships o Data access/influence skills: obtaining data from others o Courage to advise executives on negative trends and identify drivers
