Job Description
a) Responsible for Credit Card fraud Identification in ticketing.
b) Verifying all suspicious bookings with the concerned banks.
c) Coordinating with concerned banks and CC holders for smooth verification.
d) Ensuring that all fraudulent cases are approved and canceled on priority.
e) Prioritizing work as per process requirements.
f) Escalating cases to the concerned departments/person
